Its product range extends from ball valves and fittings to the most advanced solutions in the ModvlvS range, which incorporate the latest technologies for the efficient use of renewable energy.

With increasing production complexity and rising demand, BRV decided to invest in the automation of internal transport, relying on Dymation to implement an innovative and efficient solution.

THE CHALLENGE

BRV faced some tough challenges.

BRV faced some tough challenges, which it overcame thanks to Dymation’s support. The transport of materials between the various production areas takes place across two floors, connected only by a goods lift, which makes automated transport difficult. As well as enabling the two AMRs to communicate with the goods lift already in place at the company, Dymation ensured a seamless operational flow, whilst also optimising the use of the goods lift. To make matters worse, the technology already in place at BRV made integration with new systems difficult: a problem that only Dymation’s experience was able to resolve.

Introduzione di due AMR di ultima generazione, in grado di gestire il trasporto autonomo di materiali e semilavorati tra i diversi reparti.

Programmazione di flussi di gruppo

Programmazione di flussi di gruppo, permettendo agli AMR di lavorare in sinergia: un flusso inizia con un veicolo e viene completato dall’altro, garantendo una transizione efficiente tra i piani.

Integrazione

Integrazione di dispositivi industriali avanzati per il controllo wireless delle porte automatiche e miglioramenti di fluidità del transito tra i reparti, permettendo la navigazione autonoma in ambienti ostili e contesti complessi.

Tracking

Tracking completo delle movimentazioni, condivisione automatica delle chiavi di tracking tra le macchine per una visibilità totale sulle operazioni.

The implementation of the Dymation solution has led to a significant improvement in BRV’s operational efficiency. Thanks in part to the Login Automation software, it has been possible to:
